A country of manufacture appears nowhere. No country of manufacture appears on the page, nor in the data sheet behind it. Structured product data is present; no origin field is among it.
The address that looks like an answer

Read quickly, you have found your origin here: Switzerland. That is a mistake.
Those entries appear because of the European product safety regulation. It requires a responsible economic operator to be named with an address — someone who stands behind the product and can be reached. It does not require that this operator made the product, and it says nothing about the place of manufacture.
“Producer” is the form’s label, not the description of a workshop. The two rarely coincide.
Why this matters to us
Since these entries became mandatory, addresses appear on a great many product pages — and they are regularly read as proof of origin. For a brand telling a story of “130 years” and a Swiss base, the short circuit is especially inviting.
We therefore list Windsor expressly as “nothing stated”. That is no reproach: the company has made a mandatory disclosure correctly. It simply answers a different question.
